Who We Are

The Georgia Alliance to End Homelessness is a state-wide network committed to fostering strategic initiatives to build a collaborative response to the needs of homeless persons in Georgia.

What We Do

  • Identifying and advocating for immediate and long term solutions to homelessness, effective housing production, and policy at the state, local and national levels.
  • Identifying the availability of funding, training and technical assistance.
  • Fostering communication, building local coalitions and developing collaborative and inclusive partnerships among service providers.
  • Advocating for affordable and fair housing, tenants rights, low income and homeless people, funding sources, and government officials.
  • Informing and raising awareness of the public and policy makers about homelessness and Georgia‚Äôs housing needs
  • Assisting homeless families, youth, and single adults find temporary and permanent housing as well as other basic needs such as food, clothing, and training.
